St Barnabas Cathedral Nottingham
The Cathedral of St Barnabas, has been a place of praise and worship for over 170 years. This beautiful church was designed and built under renowned architect A.W.N. Pugin and the foundation stone was laid by Bishop Nicholas Wiseman in 1842, who had brought with him the relics of Saint Barnabas from Rome. The Cathedral's importance in the restoration of the Church in England is not inconsiderable, as at the time of its opening the Cathedral was the largest Catholic church to have been built in England since the Reformation.
This site is one of the few remain HTML coded websites that we still manage. The move towards CMS driven websites has been swift but it is still good to be able to code a website for yourself and skills that it brings support sites authored in environments such as WordPress. Even in the world of CMS being able to code allows tweaks otherwise not possible.
